Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific financing terms. Final approval, terms, and funding are subject to underwriting by Kapital Pulse and/or the applicable third-party lender.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Information provided on the Site or by our team is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult your own advisors before making financing or business decisions.

3. Applications & Underwriting

• You represent that all information and documentation submitted (including financial statements, bank records, and business information) is accurate and complete.
• You authorize Kapital Pulse and its funding partners to verify submitted information, including obtaining credit reports and contacting references, as part of underwriting.
• Kapital Pulse reserves the right to decline, delay, or condition any application in its sole discretion.

Where Kapital Pulse refers or connects you to a third-party lender or capital source, that lender's own terms, conditions, and privacy practices will govern the resulting relationship. Kapital Pulse is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or terms offered by third-party lenders or partners.

Any fees associated with our Services (including origination, broker, or referral fees) will be disclosed to you in writing prior to closing of a transaction, as applicable, in accordance with applicable law.
